We came in to just look at a used car. We were extremely lucky to have Matt Cone as our dealer. He understood that we weren't sure we were going to purchase a vehicle that day, so there was no pressure, which was nice. We test drove the car, and fell in love. Matt was so easy to deal with and he was able to get the price down to one we were happy with. He is amazing at his job!

Salesman Jamie was so helpful and made sure I went home with the right vehicle for me. He created a no pressure environment and made buying my first car a truly enjoyable experience. Mike in Finance is also great! He explained everything so well and helped me get a great deal.

Buyer beware! If you're purchasing a pre-owned vehicle, they do NOTHING to ensure it's road ready before they put the cars in the lot. Within two weeks of purchasing our pre-owned vehicle, we had a serpentine belt, water pump, and grinding breaks. After several attempts to reach our salesman, we finally got in touch with the general manager, who did promptly respond. To their credit, they provided a loaner and did pay for half the repairs but, the front breaks still grind, they tried to say it was the rotors so they didn't have to pay to replace the pads. The repairs should've been done BEFORE it went on the lot. And not one dime should've come out of pocket to repair the issues that were due to a lack of maintenance. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. If you're shopping pre-owned, look elsewhere.
