This dealership/James H.

This dealership/James H. Smith ordered an OE Porsche Emblem from my company through eBay. The part was delivered to them directly from my supplier, FCP Euro via UPS with a clear delivery photo. Client claims the box was crushed and the emblem was received cracked/damaged. We requested photos of the damage and offered to send a replacement, all of which is outlined in our terms of service posted to all marketplace listings. We recieved no response until the return was already initiated/return label provided. The delivery photo from UPS does not show any box damage at the time of delivery. Client has mailed the original shipping box and the part to me. Upon opening the return, there were two used/empty water bottles, minimal packing material and the cracked/damaged part which has been opened from the original protective packaging and clearly swapped for a damaged part. Why would you open a damaged part otherwise? These negligent and deceitful actions have been fully documented and reported to eBay and the Better Business Bureau. Please be aware of these concerns. I respectfully would not trust this dealership with any of my personal information, my vehicle(s) or to conduct any sort business within the automotive industry based on this poor experience.

Best Car Buying Experience Ever!

I can't say enough good things about Exotic Car Club of America and Jim Smith. From start to finish it was a wonderful experience. From when I found my "new" jeep on his website until I drove it home the next day, Jim went out of his way to take care of every detail. I'd recommend Jim to anyone who's looking for a new or used car.

love my Porsche

My experience with this dealership was great from searching for the right car through the registration process. Jim was accessible and very helpful. I bought a used car and he was able to provide reputable services for all upkeep I needed also. I highly recommend.
