I emailed consumers and talked to them about getting a new car for my family. JR emailed me right back with some information. I drove down there and test drove a few cars then later that day he told me he had found the car for me, and that he certainly did!! He got me in a 2011 black fully loaded ford fusion!!! I absolutely LOVE this car!! Thanks for the great customer service and working with me JR!! I would recommend him and consumers to anyone who needs a new vehicle!

I went into the Staunton store hoping to come home with a new car, JR. Decarlo did everything he could to get me into a new car. His customer service was great and was super friendly. I would recommend consumer auto warehouse to anyone and to see JR.

I called on a Saturday and asked Vlad if they had a Chev Equinox and he said he just got one in,I came down test drove it ,loved it, Vlad worked his magic and I came back February 10,2015 ,and bought it and drove home.Everything went fast all the paper work was ready and it didn't take long to process the deal. I had heard a lot about other people's experiences with CAW, so I decided to give them a shot at selling me a car. When I arrived, J.R. greeted me at the door almost instantly. J.R. was friendly, courteous, and made me feel comfortable. He seemed very genuine, honest and got right to work on putting me in a car. J.R. got me into a 2006 Pontiac Vibe that I absolutely love. All in all I am very pleased with this whole experience. His professionalism, friendliness and ability to make me feel comfortable went a long way with me. I also want to give a shout out to the owner of Caw, Andrew. You Sir, have a great and a very professional business.
