This was our second vehicle we purchased from Consumers Auto Warehouse. The customer service was exceptional. We would recommend anyone to go see Vlad and the rest of the team for their great friendly service.

CAW was great to work with. I went in expecting to be disappointed like I had for several weeks trying to car shop, but I wasn't! Sonny was very nice and explained things clearly. He knew which vehicle I wanted and they worked with us until we were at the price and payment we wanted. Andrew was excellent and very helpful. We felt very comfortable buying with consumers! Thank you to Consumers Auto Warehouse for being so easy to work with! I bought my car from them and the heater control module wasn't working. I knew they must not have known since it had been so hot out. But when I called they quickly set me up an appointment and had everything fixed as soon as they could... With no bill for me! I don't think another dealership would have done that. A special thank you to Tom for working with me to schedule the repair, he was so polite and helpful. Thank you CAW!

Went to a free auto care clinic as presented by the dealership, Tom and Phil were very knowledgable, very friendly and helpful, they answered all the questions that were asked in a very efficient manner. I was truly impressed by their willingness to provide great customer care without any guarantee that they would get return business. I have never dealt with them before, but I certainly will in the future. I took the care clinic because I wanted to learn how to do some of the basic things a car needs that I was never taught how to do. I feel more equipped now to be able to handle some of the things they showed us. I really appreciate this kind of customer service. I took my "soon to be driving daughter" and a friend of hers that just started driving and they got very good and useful information too. I went there 15 years ago to by my first car and they still remember me, service as great and fast. They really try to help you out. They always have a positive attitude and many ideas on ways to get u a car. Just love this place

The car buying experience with Sonny was so easy. He made everything seamless and was friendly and courteous with no pressure what-so-ever, it was like dealing with an old friend. I had a few things on my credit but it was no problem with CAW and I also got a good price for my old trade in. The car buying process can be intimidating as a single woman but I felt extremely at ease with CAW and I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a quality used car. It could not have been easier!

I traded in my Honda that was in bad shape. It had over 200,000 miles on it everything was going wrong. I knew I needed to hurry up and find a more reliable car asap. I dont have alot of credit or income. I checked out consumers and kiki welcomed me with a smile. She went outta her way to help me get into a new car. She went beyond my expectations to get me a loan and a cheap monthly payment. Within days of going in there I drove off with a 2006 dodge stratus. I will recommend them to anybody looking for a new car.

Tom Kelly and his service staff are exceptional in their personal and professional service. We have always been greeted and treated with friendliness and respect, and we have always been satisfied with the service to our vehicles that we have received. Unlike many repair shops that mislead customers into making unnecessary repairs, this business is interested in fixing our cars at a fair price. For that reason, we will continue to take our cars there for service, and we will gladly refer any of our friends to them as well.
