Just bought a used SUV and traded in my 2019 BMW 3 Series. The SUV was a great deal – clean, and way cheaper than the same ones I saw elsewhere. Two weeks later the check engine light came on. I took it back, they fixed it the same day for free, no hassle at all. They gave me more for my BMW than Carvana and the other online places offered, and didn’t mess around with low-ball numbers or long negotiations. Straight-up fair price. Everyone was friendly and normal, no pushy and extra fees.

Don't even bother to read questions submitted via the form, then don't even bother to respond to the same questions asked again via a reply to their generic email. Clearly not interested in their customers.

Applied for an Audi A6 online, got pre approval, test drove the car. Car had a falling headliner and their own guy attested to noisy control arm. Timur, this SOB owns the place sadly, but had an attitude of a p. imp. Literally that lady on the finance table told me I am not being cocky but there’s a Audi dealership beside us where you can go and find a new vehicle, we sell old cars. Guys, I was paying 13k for a 10 year old Audi. It was fight at the market value. Believe me there are cars in better condition with seller attitude of GOLD. I didn't wanna waste a minute there with these low. lifes. Run!!!!

Called from out of state to inquire about a truck, they were extremely unprofessional. Had an accident reported, I asked if it was a minor or major accident and they literally said they have no idea what happened to the truck before they got it. Yea okay. Then I asked if it had been in a flood and the guy told me even if it had been it’s a lifted truck so it would be okay. Bruh what??? Definitely scam artists, stay far away from this business!

Absolutely the most dishonest dealership I’ve ever dealt with. Ever. Already pursuing both civil and criminal suits against R and T expo.
