Crooked classic auto exchange

Beware!!! They did a trade with my teen… she gave them a 2021 Toyota rav 4 for a 2016 Jeep wrangler. (Apparently this Jeep was worth 28,000) 5 months later they won’t even entertain the idea of taking it back… the tires were illegal ( which Ron told me they sell all the time) she took it to the Toyota dealer who offered her 10,000. Heritage Toyota, Jeep dealership and handys all said this poor girl got scammed!!! I was threatened they would sue me if I posted a review on a recorded line!!! These guys are crooks!!!

Incredible service!!

I purchased my first ever vehicle on my own through Classic Auto Exchange in an emergency situation after my other car broke down unexpectedly. Ron was extremely helpful through the entire process. I started speaking with him around 8:00 am and after I got out of work, by 5:45pm I had my keys in hand. He was willing to answer any and all questions I had and worked with me to make it happen. I am extremely impressed with the condition of my RAV4 and couldn't be happier with the service I received. I will certainly be back in the future.

Ron was great

Ron was extremely professional and went above and beyond. He was kind and respectful to me and my family while we were there. It was such a quick process. He didn’t try give me the typical sales pitch that other dealers did. I knew what I wanted when I showed up and he was there right along the way. He checks in to see how things are going and to see if there’s anything else he can help with. I truly appreciate him and all that he did. If you see something at Classic Auto, Ron is the guy to go to. Thank you again to Ron, Mike, & Classic Auto!!!!

Be aware

Buyers be aware. Take vehicle to be inspected buy a trusted garage of choice. Like all dealerships. Helpful and kind to grab your attention and make a sale. I purchased a vehicle and just before first payment engine went and needs replacing. Engine was 3 quarts low with dirty oil. Sounds like oil was never changed. So make sure to check oil before buying. Was told it was changed when I bought it and after engine went. Dealership also had my car for a period of time doing repairs on body but also things that never should have it allowed it to pass inspection. But that period of time was about 10days. Thats 10 days I didn't drive it. So really the car was on in driveway about 20days and didn't drive it everyday because I liked to drive it on nice days and I have a truck as well. So dealership said they would get engine at there cost and a deal on labor. I lost it. Who wouldn't. It should be covered and taken care of. They stick to oil was changed. I added to quarts of oil at gas station because engine was knocking and oil wasn't reading on dip stick. Dealership says engine was a quart low and no way I added oil bc oil was dirty. Oil was dirty because whatever used oil was in it mixed in with new. They also said oil was down a quart. So oil level still a quart low after I put 2 in to make it home. So maybe 15 times of driving. Most of it very short drives and 3 quarts low on oil on what they say brand new oil? No way oil was changed or there was a big problem from the moment I bought the car. Not long before the engine went I also contacted owner saying I started up the car and there was blue smoke for a few seconds. He said thats normal not a problem. But after saying something to the service manager when the motor went she said she would have told me to bring the car in asap. So mistakes were made. No oil change is my belief. Or if they did then it lost 3 quarts of oil in a very short amount of time with no oil leaking. Definitely someone didn't change oil. . Just pay attention and have a different shop look the car over

Worst experience!

Bought a car that turned out to have a bad engine which I realized within a week or so of buying. Classic Auto did nothing to make the situation right. Buyer beware!

Amazing Experience

We recently purchased a truck from Classic Auto Exchange. I can honestly say that this was the first experience we have had where it was completely stress free. Boomer answered all of our questions, had a few things with the vehicle taken care of without hesitation, and more importantly was easy going and personable. The vehicle we purchased was in great shape (inside and out). We feel confident that we made a great decision in purchasing this vehicle from Classic Auto Exchange. Thank you!

Second vehicle purchase

I had been looking for sometime for a work truck, after much research I found one at Classic Auto Exchange. After my purchase I learned that Classic also offers vehicle service which I took full advantage of. It came time to by a new Pick up and headed straight to Classic where I was met by a professional and courteous sales staff. My second purchase was a smooth as my first. I have and will continue to use the repair facility as my “go to” local garage. The Ryan and his guys are top notch. Thanks so much! we will see you soon

Great Tacoma

When I walked into the classic auto exchange I was greeted as if I was one of the family by everyone I met. When I saw my truck I could understand why they sell so many cars each year. They spare no expense to make them very sellable. My overall experience was the best I've ever had. Kim

Worst financial decision I have ever made.

Bought a truck there, less than 10 months later I have paid more than half of the original price, we made a deal they would do all the repairs it needed instead of knocking down the price any, they seemed trust worthy. true if they had done all the repairs it needed they may have broken even, truck should have been scrapped then. the constant maintenance has driven me to cut my losses and I am now looking to trade it in for anything.
