would strongly urge anyone considering this dealership to think carefully before moving forward. My experience was marked by poor communication, conflicting information, and a clear lack of professionalism from both the sales staff and the General Manager. I placed a $2,500 deposit on a vehicle and was prepared to pay the full remaining balance in cash last week. Despite that, I received almost no communication from the dealership. I was repeatedly told I would be contacted by financing and service, yet not a single one of those promised calls ever came. Each time I called for an update, I received different and contradictory information about the status of the vehicle. I was assured the car was fully reconditioned and ready for a Monday pickup. However, on the morning of pickup—after again receiving no confirmation call—I was suddenly told the vehicle actually still needed two new rims and wouldn’t be ready until Wednesday or Thursday. This directly contradicted what the GM himself told me days earlier, claiming everything was already completed. When I arrived in person to speak with the General Manager, hoping to clarify the situation, he showed no interest in resolving the issue. He barely engaged, looked uninterested, and offered no solutions or accountability. Instead of attempting to correct the experience or retain a customer who had cash in hand and was ready to complete the purchase, he simply offered to refund my deposit and move on. This level of disregard and disorganization is unacceptable—especially when a customer is prepared to finalize a major purchase. I ultimately chose to take my business elsewhere, and I recommend that others approach this dealership with extreme caution. There are plenty of dealerships that value customers; unfortunately, this was not one of them.

I just purchased a new 2024 X3 xDrive30i at BMW of Doylestown. The customer service I received from entering the dealership to driving away with my new car was exemplary. James Erlikh in Sales was very knowledgable, professional and great to work with! I appreciated his patient style, answering my many questions comparing the X1 and X3, allowing me to make a very important, personal decision without pressure. Nicole Bishop in Finance was also helpful and pleasant to work with. Kerrie Greene is an expert in all things iDrive and walked me through an extremely helpful orientation. I also got a fair value of my trade-in. Overall I had a very positive customer experience!

Completely incompetent service department.

Completely incompetent service department. Dropped car off for service after making appointment over a week ago and told lady on call what needed to be done. Dropped car off for 7:30 service. Called hours after dropping car off to see if car was ready and they had no idea car was there and couldn't even locate the vehicle where they parked it

Wonderful Experience ordering my Dream car

When we walked into Thompson BMW I wanted to look at the BMWX2 . We were told it was not Yet available. We were introduced to our sales person Denise Rossi. Little did we know we just hit the jackpot. Denise Was knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. She made the experience purchasing a new car a wonderful experience. From start to finish Denise helped me order my dream car. Every detail of the car we purchased came in perfect. We selected the New redesigned BMWX1 , I could not be happier. The whole staff and dealership were Friendly and helpful to work with. Our special thanks and gratitude goes solely to Denise Rossi. If you are looking for that perfect BMW to purchase ask for Denise

Didn't get the tags I paid for

They charged me $550.00 for tag and title work but DID NOT get any tags for me, I told both the salesmen and financing manager that I needed NEW tags because the ones I was transferring from my old car were lost in the accident tag and title in MD is only $287.00 so they over charged me for that as well. They also raised the cars price $2,000.00 higher while I was on my way up to see it and left the old sticker in the glove box so I saw it.
