Worst experience ever. They started out nice however, they sold me a car that was I had to turn around and put in the shop. The car remained in the shop for 13 days! In the attempt to resolve the issue, the owner called, defending his salesman and yelling in my ear. He made continuous excuses and failed to except responsibility AND they avoided my phone calls as I attempted to resolve the issue amicably! Truly unprofessional! I’d return the car if I could!!

The dealership was super helpful, friendly, and accommodating to us as we shopped and did paperwork with a 3 year old in tow. Justin was super knowledgeable and friendly and helped get the deal to a place that everyone benefited. Was able to trade in my old car with zero hassle at a price that worked for both of us (yes, they actually negotiated with us unlike some dealers who simply will low ball you and send you on your way).
