This was by far the best car buying experience I’ve ever

This was by far the best car buying experience I’ve ever had! I came all the way from San Antonio to purchase this car so lots of phone calls, videos, and pictures before I made the trip to OK. Andrew was so patient with all of my questions and was very thorough from beginning to end making this process extremely easy. I absolutely love my 2024 Tuscan! Thank you Purdy Hyundai for the great deal and Andrew for being the best salesman ever!

If you buy their extended warranty and trade in your car

If you buy their extended warranty and trade in your car elsewhere, don’t bother trying to call their finance department to get the warranty cancelled! I’ve called for five day and still no answer. I’ve received texts from one of their employees telling me to keep calling. Pathetic service. Never will buy from them again!

Great dealership to work with.

Great dealership to work with. Good selection of pre-owned cars. Courteous staff members. Andrew worked with us over the phone for several days prior to us arriving at the dealership. Even sending pictures of the odometer and a video walk around of the car. We wanted a low mileage pre-owned Elantra and he found us exactly what we needed after searching several cars to find one with under 500 miles. The car and pricing were agreed upon before ever heading to the dealership. It saved so much time on the day of purchase. The financial paperwork was thorough and Brandon was very efficient.

Devin was helpful by phone answering questions before we made the drive from Wichita to Broken Arrow. He was very knowledgeable in answering questions and demonstrating the features of the Palisade. He assisted me in getting Bluelink setup via text and a phone call, I would recommend Devin to anyone looking for a vehicle.

this is my first Hyundai Andrew was amazing. He took me on an awesome test drive showed me all the pluses to owning an Elantra. He took care of me from the first moment i got there till the very end. I will definitely be back when i need another car

This was my second time buying from Regional Hyundai in Broken Arrow. I prefer them over any other dealership in town. Dakota Adams was great to work with. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. He was recommended by a friend of mine who also bought a car there. After talking with him, I can see why he was recommended. Great service!
