Bait and Switch

We made an appointment to see a used pickup listed on their web site. We arrived and took the pickup for a test drive. Then when we showed an interest in purchasing it we were told that it was not for sale that they were sending it to auction. Then they showed us some other pickups that did not meet our needs. The pickup was still listed on their web site days later.

Thanks for your important feedback. We really do appreciate the time you took to compose this. Also, thank you for your Prius purchase on that visit. We're sorry that we were unable to sell the truck you wanted to look at and we're genuinely concerned that it's still on your mind almost a year later. All used vehicles must pass a safety inspection before we let a prospective customer drive it. That truck failed inspection and that's why we notified Janelle several hours before your visit that we were passing the vehicle on to the auction. We have changed website designs and providers to more quickly react to inventory issues. We also have processes in place that prevent this sort of thing from happening on any kind of regular basis. We do apologize for making you feel disrespected back then and we hope you can see that we've made many positive changes in the year since.

Awesome experience

I just bought a barely used 4Runner from Elliott Franzen. He was very helpful and never pushy about what I wanted. I would recommend Wilsonville Toyota to friends and family.

Amazing

Bought two cars from in the last year and he got me the interest rate that was better than any dealer I went too. Fast and efficient. Wouldn't recommend anyone else but him to get you the best deal possible

My wife test drive the car to my apartment!!

Kawika was amazing. Not only did he let my wife test drive the car to my apartment so I could see the car while I took care of my 2 year old son. When we agreed to buy the car he drove the paper work to my apartment that night to have me sign for it. Amazing. Picked it up the next day. I love my new RAV4. Thanks Kawika and Wilsonville Toyota.
