Soon as I walked in I was greeted.

Soon as I walked in I was greeted. Josh was able to locate the vehicle I wanted. I arrived at 930am out by 11:30am. Both Roxy and Josh were top tier. Cesar was able to get me in the car. Very satisfied.

I am sad to learn that my “lifetime chrysler warranty”

I am sad to learn that my “lifetime chrysler warranty” apparently isn’t “lifetime”. The amount of repairs over the time I owned the car was the most I have experienced in any car I have purchased new. This isn’t necessarily a critique of the dealer, but rather the product they choose to sell. The service writer was great, very communicative and flexible with my schedule re pick up. However, given my overall experience with this vehicle and the promises made regarding my warranty, I can comfortably say I will never purchase another Chrysler product, and I will strongly urge my family and friends to avoid them too.
