Terry and Rolman were great salesman helped us get out of a difficult situation with a car that we didnt want they did everything they could and helped us get the car we did want and we really appreciate the help they gave us now we finally fell like we won at the dealership.Even financing guy was great fast had us in and out.

Large vehicle selections. The sales reps were polite, courteous. The dealership was clean, bright and welcoming. Deal parameters are still unmet because of floor mats. Vehicle has mismatched floor mats and it appears little effort is being done to remedy this. Last I knew was, the dealership is waiting to find one laying around instead of ordering a new set witch retails for around 170. It makes the transaction seem as if it took place at a shady used car lot instead of at a ram dealership. Floor mats are too small of an item to sulley a experience an a 60k truck purchase. Finance, although wasn't fast was self induced by the bank of my choosing. The sales reps, and everybody else in the process did their piece and did it well.

Located in a very convenient location with good service. Love the videos of inspection that are taken and sent out to the customer, very helpful.

Tried to sneak in and just see size of vehicles, but Nick caught lol. Nick was very professional and first time out of 6 times at a dealership for a new car this salesman wasn’t pushy at all. I was already approved by my finance company and told him like I’ve told another dealership I only want it ran through my approved financing company first and not everyone else and if you don’t follow my choice I will walk out. Well Nick knew and worked with his finance manager Roman and they did exactly what I requested. In and out in about 3 hours after negotiating and choosing what vehicle my family wanted. Glad they stood on their word and helped my family out. Thank you Nick and Roman!

In the beginning I did wait for someone to come out but after about 5min went inside to ask for assistance. Joe who was my consultant asked me if I didn’t help and I told him I had a 12pm appt. He asked me if it was just an oil change but told him I had a managers special deal for oil change, rotation of tires, and wipers. He said he had never heard such a deal and spent some time looking into it. After about 15-20min we signed paperwork and said they would call when the vehicle was ready. It only took about 2hrs and we picked it up. He was accommodating with valuing my coupon, I appreciated his service and help.
