My experience with CarMax Oracle was great! I was tierd of the dealerships, so i decided to try CarMax. I worked with Cameron who was very helpful. I was surprised by how quick and easy the whole process was. No price haggling or extra add-ons. I will definitely buy from CarMax in the future.

was fine,, ended up with a truck, should have gone to the other one though,, they had a nicer truck for same price but a year older, now the drivers seat is bad, was bad, didnt see it,,

The service was great they treated me very well. I recently started was was in signing som paper work. They filled my tank washed and vacuumed my car also gave me a voucher for a free oil change. Great service.

Fair price, no negotiating. Undervalued my trade in. Other Dealership offered 2k more. Don’t trade in or sell your car to Carmax. Private sell and then go to Carmax.
