Avoid This Dealership – Poor Quality Control and Service I had a terrible experience with this dealership, and I feel compelled to warn others about their lack of quality control and customer service. On November 12th, I visited to test drive a used Lexus. While the car drove fine, the heater was broken—a glaring issue they somehow overlooked, especially in November. Despite this, I liked the car and entered into a contract to purchase it once the heater was repaired. They sent the car to a mechanic, but for two days, I heard nothing from them—no updates, no communication. Fast forward to now, a month later, and my car is still not ready. They have refused to provide a timeline for the repair and are now avoiding my calls entirely. To make matters worse, they have offered no compensation for the extended delay or the inconvenience caused. When I managed to contact them earlier in the process, they informed me the repair would take a while and provided a loaner vehicle from their inventory. Unfortunately, the loaner turned out to be a complete disaster: No cupholders – they were completely ripped out. Broken windshield wipers – the rubber was falling off, making them unusable. Nonfunctional charging ports – none of them worked. Underinflated tires – two of the four tires needed air. Gas cap issues – the cap is faulty, causing the gas pump to constantly shut off during refueling. These are basic issues that should have been addressed before lending the car out. It’s clear this dealership neglects even the simplest maintenance tasks. I tolerated the loaner, thinking my car would be ready soon, but the repair timeline keeps getting pushed back without any explanation or accountability. This dealership’s lack of attention to detail, poor communication, and outright disregard for their customers make it a place I absolutely cannot recommend. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere.

Buying my second car here because of their Carfax report
Buying my second car here because of their Carfax report and the respect for the customer and my first car with ideal is a very nice car with everything they said was true about the small repairs ,I might have to work on was very affordable in price and future repairs, that's why I went back for my second car large selection of nice used and affordable cars, I'd recommend ideals the best.

Great Atmosphere and Experience
Just bought a Honda Civic for my son. Bob and his staff provided a free carfax and other service records. There was a sense of trust and honesty throughout the entire process - no pressure. I would highly recommend this dealership to a friend.

First class dealer and cars!
Just bought our 2nd used car from Ideal. Brian was excellent at showing us the cars we were interested in, also telling us the services they put the cars through to make sure they were in great shape. He was easy to talk to and ask questions. In my opinion, Ideal goes the "extra mile" in acquiring, preparing and selling their cars. No high pressure whatsoever. In our case, the price was more than fair, they also replaced brakes, alternator and battery because they weren't in proper condition-without passing along the cost to us (these items easily could have added at least hundreds extra to the price). I have unhesitatingly recommended Ideal to friends and will continue to do so. Try them. They are worth the effort!

Great Experience
Working with Ideal Auto Sales was a great experience. Brian was very casual and friendly throughout the process, was very honest during negotiating, and made everything very smooth. Not only was the car I purchased serviced very well before it was listed (new brakes, cleaned, etc.), there was a minor sound that they noticed when I was driving off the lot. They hopped in the car and had a quick adjustment by a neighboring mechanic on the spot. Great experience all the way around.

Go See Ideal Auto Sales
I recently purchased a Ford Explorer from Dan at Ideal. Solid guy and good experience. He didn't try to "sell" me. Smoother and more relaxed than working with a large dealership group. I was able to take the vehicle to my mechanic to have it gone over which was huge. I was gone about 90 minutes and there were no questions asked when I got back. A problem was found with the thermostat housing and there was a missing lug nut from one of the wheels. Dan fixed both right away without hesitation. The Explorer had new tires, new brake rotors and pads, differential fluids changed, and a few other things done before it went on the lot. I researched and looked at vehicles for about 6 weeks before this one hit the market. It was a significant savings over what the large dealership groups had to offer. That allowed me to tweak a few things, add floor mats, get a couple spare keys with chips made, and still be way ahead. Check them out.
