I loved coming here. I went to a large dealership at first and it was not a good experience. Pat Moore is a small local dealership with such kind and upfront communication. There is no pressure, and they are genuine, and a no hassle process. Pat knew I was looking elsewhere and he advised me to take some time to feel into and meditate on which car/place felt right in my gut. That was the best advice I had gotten from anywhere. They also took my Buick from me and were very understanding that it was emotional to let it go. Ray even offered to take a picture of me with my old car. Very good selection of well kept, low mileage cars. My wife and I purchased two cars and traded in another, and were very pleased with the entire process. Pat and Eric had a low key no pressure sales approach that was much appreciated, and we felt they gave us a fair price on our trade in as well.
