Just bought a 2005 Subaru Outback from Stan and the S & J team. The whole experience, from start to finish, was a breeze. Stan helped us get the car financed, found us an amazing insurance policy, and even came in on his day off to meet us (we are from MA). All in all, an amazing experience. Love my new car, and will absolutely come back.

My husband and I were recommended to S&J by our daughter who had a very positive experience. We had always purchased our vehicles with the larger dealerships in the area. We were pleasantly surprised with the low sales pressure. We picked out 3 vehicles to test drive. We were pleasantly surprised to return and have the others waiting (running with the air conditioning turned on) for our test drive. The employees were all very helpful. It was an ok experience. Baci ally I was told with my credit if I walk into the store with $3,000 I could get a loan. Well I don't have that so I never went in.

Everyone at this dealership was really great to work with! We were looking for a safe used car for our son and called a reputable local Volvo dealer who referred us to SJ Motors. Found a super nice 2004 Volvo S60, steering was a little tough when we test drove it but they stood by the car 100% - the car ended up needing quite a bit of work, and was a tough diagnosis (power steering rack). They even supplied us with a loaner while the work was completed! Thank you again Stan, Sharon, Vinnie and Craig for putting up with all my phone inquiries and concerns and making me always feel like a valued customer! You can browse at your own pace, and not feel pressured, but the staff is available to answer any questions you have. I especially appreciated Stan's patience as I test drove a large number of cars, trying to decide what kind of vehicle I wanted this time around. He allowed me to take my time, think, and find the car that makes me most happy. I want to reiterate that last point: the team here wants you to be happy. I found that the electric tilt/telescopic steering wheel wasn't working, and they fixed it before purchase without haggling. The service department here is fantastic. The service desk is friendly and professional. They can sometimes get busy, but they schedule well, so they run on time. Rene heads the crew, and always took the time to explain the issues and possible options with me. That understand cars can get expensive, and try to let you know what's going to need looking at in the future so you can plan and have few nasty surprises. I recommend S & J Motors highly. All three cars we purchased there have been reliable, nicely appointed but fairly priced vehicles. I am happy to support a small local business that is so deserving.
