If I could leave negative stars I would. The dealership was great and very helpful during the buying process. That's it. The vehicle i purchased has been a total nightmare. I had loose lug nuts on my way home from buying the vehicle, then came to find a bent axle. Took to repair shop I was instructed to take it to from dealership to get repaired and they were awful about when it came to actually getting it fixed. I had to take it clear back from lewiston to spokane for repair. Then next week the check engine light comes on and its a cam shaft sensor, replaced it myself to avoid the nightmare service department. Now the rear end chirps any time you drive the vehicle. There service check sticker on every windshield is a joke. The car i bought isn't reliable or trustworthy. Avoid buying here.

Worst transaction ever in 4 minths we are careless with car payment still! They sold us a lemon and did it on purpose! Clearing codes before a purchase is apparently there get Down! Absolutely 100 percent do not recommend to anyone even my worst enemy!

Wow I don't think their will be enough room to cover this rip off business and how they pressure you to buy a car you did not want why because I have horrible problems with my feet they were told I was not safe in the car they pushed me into buying their so called finance Mgr and his sidekick Josh do not care if their customers are safe in a car they just need sales also Levi raised the price on the car when I looked at the web site it was 1 price when I bought it they charged 3 thousand more also another friend of mine bought a car from them and had nothing but problems with it do they care No!! People they don't care about you they just want your hard earned money if they did this to me as basically a handi capped person and not care they will rip off any of you avoid this place had to find another real dealership to take the deathtrap they forced myself and my wife to buy we finally were able to trade it in for a car we are safe in driving again people AVOID THIS SO CALLED CAR DEALER UNLESS YOU WOULD LIKE TO BE PRESSURED INTO MAKING A BED DECISUON I WILL ALSO BE GOING TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BEARUE TO FILE A COMPLAIT AVOID JOSH HE SHOULDBE FIRED AND SIDE KICK MGR AND LEVI

Classic “bait and switch “ - advertise one vehicle and get you to drive almost an hour after making an appointment for a specific vehicle and then tell you, “oh, man, that JUST sold! What else can we show you?” Paperwork cannot even be completed that quickly. Shop elsewhere or be very aware of a seemingly dishonest dealer.

Absolutely stay away from this lot, they will screw you over if the vehicle you buy has any issues! Bought a 4runner that already had a blown head gasket, check engine light came on within the week of buying. They claim that these things just happen, my very trusted mechanic says no way they wouldn't have known. Also recommends a new engine is best option. Valley auto claims they didn't get enough money out of me in initial sale because I talked down price (to fair market price!) So $1300 for the "work" and I end up on the side of the road 2 days later, the vehicle smoking and spewing coolant, also with a baby and dogs on the side of the road during a storm. They tow it and put new radiator cap on, which should have been done initially. And now the vehicle overheats if driven at all and for any amount of time and check engine is back on! Also tire pressure gauge has gone out and the vehicle was sold filthy intitially and FULL of previous owners personal info. There is so much more to this story that they've totally screwed me and haven't taken any responsibility, definitely no apology from them. Just so many empty promises! Was also told they'd be getting a second key and third row seat in and when I messaged the salesman, Jason, I got no response, no surprise there though. Also Chris, Brian and David are full of empty promises. Was told by Chris they'd for sure give me a call back about buying back the vehicle tomorrow and that was 2 weeks ago. Please stay away or PRAY you don't get a lemon. They've totally screwed my family and have no remorse. This is what they're in the business of doing, screwing you out of every penny you got.

Tony was very nice and helpful. Same with Mike and the rest of the staff. I needed a car with a pretty low budget and they made it happen.

Jason was very helpful in finding me the right car. He answered all my questions and supplied information I forgot to ask about. Very friendly and not pushy at all. I was not looking forward to dealing with a car salesman, but the experience was much easier than I had expected.

I have owned my car less then a month and its now in the shop needing $5500 bucks worth of work. According to my mechanic this has been an issue for awhile now. I will now be with out a car for about a month while its being repaired. i'm sure Valley Auto was aware and sold me the car anyways. Pretty shady. They also told me on my trade all the work they were going to do to it so they could sell it. They never did any of that work and sold it as is. so lied about that as well. SHADY!!

Unfortunately I still haven't heard back from the dealership after sending an inquiry through the website.
