A Most Plesant Car Buying Experience
This was one of the most best car buying experiences we have had. Quan Loc, the Sales Consultant, was personable, energetic and knowledgeable and ultimately made the decision making process easy. Pattie Cooper, Financial Services, was thorough and fully explained the process. All of the staff and management we had occasion to speak with were extremely helpful and made the process pleasant. Veloster turbocharged
Everything was good but Service department should be open as long as the dealership is open. I say this because when I purshased the car the car the service department was not opened. I wanted to certify with the service department that the car was in perfect conditions, for example; oil levels, battery charge, air pressure, etc. The car so far is fine, but at the moment i don't have pace of mind until i get my first service scheduled apointment in June.
