L.A. Sales

I rarely write reviews but I feel I should in this case... I traveled from York PA to purchase my vehicle... the experience was a good one. They worked with me over the phone to take care of all of the details ahead of time, and the experience once there was quick and painless. My car is in wonderful condition, and I'm extremely happy with it. They even had a service to ship me new plates and registration... so no trip to the PA DMV was even needed... just got the tags today. Thanks Greg and team!

Greg back in the day had cars less than 5g but in all those years I have purchased several cars. Some lasted a few years and some almost 100000 miles after purchase. Greg goes out of his way to Do the Right Thing by you. Gone are the really cheap cars but if you are looking for a good , fair deal for yourself or a loved one, then Greg is the man to talk to( Sally is an integral part as well). Anyway , bottom line ----do your research and then if you need reliable affordable transportation without the fear of being Conned or something visit Greg for a vehicle. Selection is varied and you can search the lot for something and ask for a test drive. Car Fax was provided and whatever prep work was needed to get the car ready , Greg and his staff get it ready before you pick up the car.

Shopping for a first vehicle for my daughter started out as a nightmare with all of the promises on the phone that were not kept, when I arrived, at many, many places. Every place I dealt with all had ridiculous hidden fees that I asked if they did prior to going and they all said "No" (except for title, tax, and registration which are the normal fees), but every place I went to came up with thousands of dollars of hidden fees. The process became very aggravating. I located a vehicle I was looking for, Mercedes C300 at LA Sales. I contacted them and spoke with Greg who assured me what I see, is what I pay and get. He advised me that they are family owned business and take pride in every sale and customer they deal with. I took the chance with a two hour commute each way from New Jersey. All I can say, "It was well worth the trip!" I returned the next day to finalize the sale of the vehicle and my daughter drove home her first car. Honesty and professionalism made the difference at LA Sales. Greg provided me with quality care and professional service. I will definitely be returning for another vehicle from LA Sales in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Their excellence in quality service made huge difference in my purchase of a first vehicle for my daughter. I went to Lemon Auto Sales (LA Sales) based on the recommendation from a family member that had purchased a used car from them a year earlier. The car was high mileage, was in great shape despite the higher mileage, and a minor issue was fixed at no charge after purchase. I called up to inquire about a 2001 Buick Lesabre with approximately 108k mileages and spoke to Greg. He informed me that the car had sold but that a 2004 Lesabre with a little less mileage was on the lot. I went down to the dealership and Greg showed me several different vehicles; including the Lesabre. I was able to test drive the vehicle as well. The car drove like it had less miles than the odometer showed. I informed Greg that there was a list of minor items that needed to be fixed before I considered purchasing the car. He gave me his business card and said he would call me in a few days after the list was completed. Based on previous dealership experience, I did not expect to hear from the dealership again. I received a call a few days later from Greg that the items I listed to him were fixed and i can come down to the dealership. Greg personally showed me all of the items that were fixed and we arranged the final purchase. He noted that an additional item he noticed during inspection was the gas gauge seemed to be acting up and said to call him if there were any further problems. The purchase and registration of the car was painless and Greg was extremely polite through the process. Approximately three weeks later, I had an issue with the gas gauge on a Sunday. I called Greg on his personal cell and told him about the issue. He told me to arrange an appointment with the dealership to have the car looked at. I brought the car up to the dealership and received a call the next day that the problem was fixed; which was free of charge. Despite the minor issue, I would go back to LA Sales to purchase my next used car. Greg was very helpful and I would not have purchased the car if he was not involved. An honest used car dealer is hard to come by these days and a dealership willing to keep its customers happy after the car has left the lot is very rare. I would recommend LA Sales if you want a used car that you can be proud to drive. Thank you Greg!

I would highly recommend L.a. Sales I bought a 2006 Honda Accord today and am very pleased. The service was great and everyone was very friendly. This is the fastest I ever purchased a car,their cars are great very clean and well maintained you will not go wrong purchasing a car from this dealership

My wife and I were searching for a quality used SUV. I found this beautiful Envoy with VERY low miles at L.A. sales. We reside in Lancaster PA, so it was a long ride to this place to look at a car that I only had seen pictures of! This is not typically how I was used to buying a car, but I thought it might be worth the effort. Was it ever! Greg gave us a great deal on a vehicle that was exactly as advertised. The easiest and most comfortable car buying experience that I've ever had! Also, the car came with a 3 month warranty. We had 2 small issues, and Greg helped cover the repair costs for both,which was very much appreciated! I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a quality vehicle at a fair price! Thanks to Greg and the whole staff at L.A. sales!

I was recently shopping for a late model used hybrid and visited several other dealerships, usually hearing the same pitch from the same script. Dealing with Greg and the folks at LA Auto Sales was a breath of fresh air. Everyone there was friendly, helpful, informative and low, low pressure. It was the polar opposite of what I experienced elsewhere and the whole process of buying the car was just easy. I would recommend them to anyone--family, friends, even those other dealers. Maybe they could learn a thing or two.

I bought a Chevy Suburban from L.A. Sales last fall.(Still have it 10k miles later) My girlfriend needed an Suv and we checked out a few. We decided to go with a Gmc Envoy. Truck is great, and it was well-priced. I even saw a pickup truck I liked and ended up buying that too. Greg makes the car buying process very easy, he doesn't hang over you while your checking out a vehicle or try to push you to buy something. I've dealt with a lot of dealerships before and this is the best one. I will come here the next time I need a vehicle. He even told us to swing it by if any issues arise. Great friendly place. Places like this Im glad to see who my money is going to?honest people that care about their customers. If it was closer to where I lived I'd even bring my car here for service. Thanks Greg.

Just picked up my Audi Q5 from Greg and the team at LA Sales this afternoon. All I can say is great experience. The professionalism and courtesy the staff shows their customers is second to none. It would be nice to see more businesses act like this. When one of the guys was putting my plates on, he ran out to get new screws so it looked cleaner. Are you kidding me? Awesome! If your looking for a used car or truck you found the right lot. Very fair and will work with you. I looked around for a long time all last winter in july of 2015 I found my 2003 trail blazer low miles very nice paint in side was as good as new I am more than Happy. I tell any one who asks and I tell them about LA sales. Good people to deal with. When its time I will go back there first and not waist time any where else.
