We bought a car from here and my husband loved it little did we know only days after buying it would be our first hint of what was to come it first was the turbo that when I called they said we will fix it then made a claim on the warranty ok after that not to long later the drive shaft went they fixed it but we paid for it then the motor went when I called they said they would fix it took out another claim on the warranty when we picked it up we couldn’t even go over 3 rpms before it would start skipping I took it to another garage to have it inspected because they didn’t do that when we bought it and come to find out they sold us a car with no muffler and told us they had put one on to make it sound louder after 2000 dollars we were able to get it inspected and I made an appointment at the garage we got it inspected at to look at the motor but we never made it because yet again the motor went in it I called them to see what to do and they informed me call the warranty dept so that’s what I did. Well there’s little left because of all the other claims I called back and after two weeks of waiting I get the owner on the phone and he says buy a motor we will put it in I thought maybe they would want to make it right and fix this car but then tried to blame us for driving the car to hard and that’s why it kept breaking down.... no my husband maybe got to drive it for two months to work and back total the rest of the time it’s been in a garage being worked on! NEVER buy a car from this dealer hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had!!!!!!!!!!

Bought a truck off of them and now it's going to cost me around $2000 to get it fixed and not only that but they lie about everything act like dbags

Brought a 2008 Chevy Equinox on October 2017 with a 6 months warranty had contact J&P the next day after I brought it, Buddy told me to run good gas in it so we did and than called him back after a week and they had it for 3 days and did nothing to fix it. So took it to another shop and timing chain was broken in 3 different spots, now garage it’s at once again wants another $1,400 dollar to fix the transmission or else it will go out. This people are ridiculous have been dealing with this since April 2018 right before warranty ran out. I would never sent anyone to this place to buy a vehicle. Stay away from this place. Looks like I’ll be calling wtaj so they don’t sell another vehicle.

Haven't bought a vehicle yet. But so far, just talking with them about one, has been super. (Even if its just to get the sale) they/he has been more than helpful in getting me into ride. My current car has just had an issue with starting and is too much for me to fix, being its paid off with no current warranty. In short, they'll do a trade in and are doing most the work helping with down payment loan, including getting me a ride to the loan place since my car isn't starting. So, so far really food. I will update after receiving a vehicle. (Hopefully the SUV I've been eyeing up in the inventory online)
