I had ordered a new truck in Q3 last year. The truck was manufacturedin Q3 but delivery was constanly delayed, not from the fault of aything at Bacon, but supply chain and GM. Bacon kept me informed of status of vehicle along the way, as GM would update them. When the truck finally showed up, everyone jumped through hoop to get it deleiverd as quilckly as possible. I would shop here again.

Expected more of a welcome and perhaps a little more attention but maybe I am more demanding than average or maybe the rural setting sets a change in standards vis-a-vis that of Dallas / Fort Worth

GM Dealer Special Policy Help
My tailgate support cables on my truck broke and there was a special policy to replace them. After contacting many dealers with no luck Bacon Auto Ranch saved me. The customer service was outstanding and they got my truck right in and fixed the problem. The quality of repairs is like no others. They do Excellent work. Thanks for great service.
