When I bought my car, I knew exactly what I wanted from on the Internet and let them know I was coming by to see it. When I arrived they were expecting me and let me have a test drive. I purchased it that day and the experience was pretty smooth and easy. They were very friendly.

Though in a cramped area with zero parking, Gateway more than made up for it with sincere personalized service. I have to single out Paul who after a few minutes treated me like I would imagine he would a long time friend. Even the employee who cleaned the cars presented me with a lengthy conversation that revealed his affinity to making the customer feel at home. Kudos to a long standing community business that emphasizes community service.

Stopped by to check out a vehicle on their lot. Salesman didn't introduce himself . He grabbed the keys and stood there on his phone as I looked through the vehicle. No help and not friendly. Lost a sale .

this is my first time here, and the level of customer service is excellent. i have been to many dealerships throughout my life time, but never have i seen a level of customer service at this level. definetly 5 stars will recommend, and will return! highly recommonded!
