The best experience ever buying a vehicle at a dealership! Cam, Eric, and Nabil exceeded expectations. They were interested in meeting our needs and made sure we were completely satisfied. We spent a minimum of time finding the perfect truck and completing the process. We highly recommend Ferman Ford.

My experience was horrible. Visited there about a year and a half ago. I dealt with their collision center. They are somehow related to GEICO. It was hostile from start to finish. I did nothing wrong. Just wanted by car inspected. I believe there may have been a racial element. I felt threatened and disrespected. My suggestion is to avoid this place at all costs. There are many alternatives. Why take the risk>

Sunt in pictures of my trade in...heard back a coke days later saying "oh haven't heard back from the appraiser, will get back with you shortly"...well that shortly is now 2weeks and counting 😬

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership two months ago, and I am completely dissatisfied. A broken part was identified prior to the close of the sale and a promise from the dealership to fix it under the warranty that they provide. They sent my vehicle to a different dealership to have the part fixed and replaced. My vehicle was inspected by a Ford inspector. I was advised that an answer would be given in 48 hours after the inspection. I am over a month since Last being contacted by service advisors. They will not answer or return my voicemails to give me a status update nor a timeline of when the vehicle can be repaired. Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with purchasing through Furman.

Was very clear with what I needed and wanted and they were sure to make it happen! Spoke with several representatives of the company and would definitely recommend Flammer Ford clearwater.

0 Stars. They took advantage of a disabled & dying woman. Twice. Traumatized, Lied To, Used & Abused ALL FOR $$$. 0 Empathy. Multiple Employers. Now I’ll be homeless as I get sicker. They know it. Don’t ever trust anyone at Ferman Ford. Buy a car someplace else!!!

Nate was great. Straight forward and helped work toward a deal. Nabil closed as promised. I will be back!

The dealership made it quick and easy to do business. Jose specifically was kind, honest, no xx, and helped us get exactly what we wanted and made it happen for us without any fuss.
