I purchased a vehicle from this dealership two months
I purchased a vehicle from this dealership two months ago, and I am completely dissatisfied. A broken part was identified prior to the close of the sale and a promise from the dealership to fix it under the warranty that they provide. They sent my vehicle to a different dealership to have the part fixed and replaced. My vehicle was inspected by a Ford inspector. I was advised that an answer would be given in 48 hours after the inspection. I am over a month since Last being contacted by service advisors. They will not answer or return my voicemails to give me a status update nor a timeline of when the vehicle can be repaired. Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with purchasing through Furman.

0 Stars. They took advantage of a disabled & dying woman. Twice. Traumatized, Lied To, Used & Abused ALL FOR $$$. 0 Empathy. Multiple Employers. Now I’ll be homeless as I get sicker. They know it. Don’t ever trust anyone at Ferman Ford. Buy a car someplace else!!!

Absolutely amazing experience!
Absolutely amazing experience! Rocco was great, worked us a deal over the phone, we came in and were out within 2 hours. We’ve had our fair share of bad dealership experiences but Ferman Ford of Clearwater and Rocco made it a great one! So happy with my new car!!

Jose was amazing he came in on his day off to make the
Jose was amazing he came in on his day off to make the deal, his manager was amazing as well. Only slow down we had was the finance department seems like they were overwhelmed eventually we got in I would suggest speeding that process up a little bit.
