We were treated like family and the sales professionals sought to keep us engaged in every step of the purchase. The day we took the vehicle home, we found the tires had a dry rot, creating an unsafe situation. We called them and they sent us to get new tires installed. What a reputable company! Excellance as its finest, after being defrauded by a car dealership I won't mention there worthless name or give them any attention. However Houston Auto Sales delivered what they exactly said and was 100 transparent through the whole process No xxxxxxxx here people. I would highly recommend them even after the other car dealerships could nt keep thier word or promise. Mr. Santos made me a believer again and went above and beyond and delivered all that he promised.

I tried to buy a car from these guy's, but if you notice they rarely have pictures of the vehicles, or they are on transit, I waited over 2 weeks for a particular car I was interested in, only for it to come in and was wrecked! Like I wanted a wrecked vehicle. Trying to get info about vehicles is another thing, it's like pulling teeth. Forget about it!
