I bought a truck from scott, needed a few repairs. was not willing to deal with warranty issues if you cannot get the vehicle to him. will not go above and beyond. test drove 3 trucks all had issues that were not described in his flyer. spraypaint touchup on rockers, bald tires, electronic issues,heater not working, door hinge pins loose wheel bearing growl, brake lines on their last mile. seems that any deal he does he has to consult his partner, and he apprently doesnt like to make a deal unless it fits his needs at that time. Repeat customers are not in their agenda, they spraypaint rusty frames black to make the unit look good at that time. this place will not get another dollar from me, they buy auction rigs, and sell them at high retail with very little time spent on preventitive maintenange, i even had to do an oil change due to low oil pressure THANKS ...lesson learned

Purchased 03' Silverado in 2011 ..truck has "service light on & needed brakes ....vehicle was fixed & was delivered to my home within 3days after purchase ...very satisfied with truck & Northeast car Connection ...now 2 1/2 years later we are considering another purchase w/ them ...reveiws will follow Thanks

Purchased a Vehicle from this dealer aprox 1 month ago. Spoke with one salesman on the phone who was very nice and assured us the vehicle was everything advertised as we were traveling over 300miles to see. Assured us tires were in good condition and if vehicle wasn't everything promised we could "drive it away free" Upon arrival found our salesman was not able to be there to assist us and we would be "helped" by Scott who argued with us over tires that BARELY passed NYS inspection and during test drive couldn't even get us out of a parking lot. After 20 minutes of being unbelievably rude he tried putting used tires on the rear that sisn't work out so to his disappointment had to put on 2 new spare tires he had sitting there the whole time. Every vehicle in the lot had TERRIBLE tires. If you buy from this dealer expect to purchase new tires within the first month, we have replaced the starter and both transmission lines. Worst buying experience ever!

I bought a truck from them and was told the brakes were ify. The brakes were fixed and paper work done. I put my plates on it and drove home. Truck is grest, people are honest and thoughtful. Like dealing with a friend not a salesman. Will be repeat customer.
