People there are dumb.

People there are dumb. They don’t call you to tell you when parts are ordered, when the car will be ready and status of your car. You have to keep calling them to get any answers. Be prepared to receive false information about the status of your car also, or one day they tell you one thing then you speak to someone else a few days later (because you had to call) and it is the exact opposite information. Won’t take any of our Kia or others cars there for the rest of our lives.

I was not kept of any delays or additional time needed to

I was not kept of any delays or additional time needed to work on my car. I was also not told of any warranty on new tires that I bought. Also there should not be additional fees for using credit card that is not Visa. Very unhappy about the service I received. I will not be returning.

This dealership, Monroeville Kia, has been great to work with! From my new car purchase thru oil change and services. Everyone I have dealt with have been extremely helpful, courteous and genuinely interested in my satisfaction. I even had the pleasure to meet the location GM, Jeff, who was the most helpful of all. After my interaction with Jeff, it is obvious to me that he surrounded himself with a great team! I would definitely recommend this dealership! Thank You, Doug W
