I was looking at Mazda3s, found these guys on Carfax. They had a good rating and the car i wanted so I went down, gave it a test drive and I was really impressed by the customer service. As a young guy asking about used cars, its pretty common to get blown off at most dealerships, but I was treated by Sean and everyone at Auto Direct with respect and attention. We found Auto Direct Cars while searching for a Suburban. We decided to make the 2 hour drive to their location because of their communication and eagerness to help us. We purchased the Suburban as it was exactly as promised. We highly recommend them and plan on purchasing from them in the future.

I was searching for a pre-owned Toyota Sequoia and, in the process of Googling, found Auto Direct Cars by happy accident! I never thought the often-tedious process of buying a car could be this enjoyable. As soon as we walked into their spotless showroom (filled with Corvettes to the delight of my sons!) we were greeted by Chad, one of the owners. Long story short, after realizing that this team values both their customers and each other and that they don’t want just a sale, they want a relationship we walked away with the exact Toyota Sequoia I had been searching for. In addition to Chad, we were well taken care of by Bonnie, Mike and Bob. I can’t recommend ADC enough, truly. They are transparent, no pressure and, like I said, an incredibly positive experience all around. Five stars PLUS.
