Wrongfully mistreated

My name is Jefferson I went to Franklin Motors in about a 2005 car I put $2,000 down I wanted to be set up on monthly but I guess the woman in the office made it her business to make me set up on every 2 weeks I didn't even get a payment and I have not even the monthly payment yet and they came and repossessed my car and I don't think that's right because I wanted to be a monthly and I need to talk to the owner or something to get this resolved

Horrible experience

I was sold a car that wouldn’t start. They got it off the lot. For days they would have me drop it off and I would pick it up and they still never fixed it. The temporary car I was given was awful too. The first time the headlight was out and heat was not working. Second time check engine light came on and the heat still did not work. I told them I wanted my money back but they had already sold my loan. I tried talking to them and they would not refund me. So I have to go through lawyers to get my money back. Also they really try to get your stimulus money. They listed the vehicle as a repo and the car note was not due for a month. I drove the car I purchased for 2 days. A previous mechanic who worked for them had advised I give it back because the previous owners before me had issues with it too. All they care about is money. Do not do business with them.

Wrangler

Awesome buying experience. David and Mike treated us like family, and on arrival to purchase vehicle, could have been done with whole transaction in less than 30 minutes, except enjoyed talking with Mike. David even told us about a finance option that turned out to be lightning fast, simple, and great rates. Awesome experience all the way!!

Very awesome experience

From start to finish, my experience was A1. I 1st sent an email inquiring about a vehicle (Audi). I received a timely response from David. He listen to my needs and let me know clearly what was needed to get me into the vehicle. I test drove the vehicle, which was very clean and like new. David and the Finance Manager made sure that me and my husband knew the background of Audi since this was our 1st. Deal was done and we came out of this experience like non other we have had with any car buying experience. If you are looking for a ride! Please go see them, we was in awh with the detail knowledge they had and not leaving any unturned pages. Thanks Franklin Motor Company! You guys are awesome!

Retired

The searching and buying process went so smoothly. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. If I had a question and an answer was unknown on the spot, research was done and answers were given. I will definitely buy again from Franklin Motors.

Best dealership for a first time buyer

Absolutely the best car lot for the first time buyer. I came in thinking that I had to careful about everything they said but after spending hours with them, I was relieved that were extremely happy to answer the questions I had. They went over everything with me and made sure I completely understood every single piece of paper I was signing. They also gave me so much time to test drive the truck that I ended up buying. I practically spent half a day test driving! After I bought it, a few days passed and they called me to make sure everything was alright. For the first time buying from a dealership, I'm extremely satisfied.
