Mike and mark have done an excellent job in the process of me purchasing this truck. i told them what i wanted and they made it happen, they did not waste my time by trying to sell me something more expensive like most dealerships these days. they took care of all the things i requested without any issue at all. i will without a doubt return for service and possibly a car for my wife and i will recomend crafts to friends and co-workers

This is the second time we've gone to Crafts for a vehicle.My husband needed a car. Mark was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Molly the black lab/people greeter is a nice touch. We had our vehicle in 30 minutes! I will definitely go back there when it's time to replace my vehicle.

I have found this Car Dealer will go out of their way to find a car that fits you! after a few days of a little hard work < I got exactly what I wanted. I am completely happ with my new car!!:)

my experience buying a vehicle at crafts.... i went in on a very cold and ice covered morning....mark morrow came right out... answered all our questions and made us feel like he realy was a good guy..... he was a good guy to deal with.... we left a little later with the truck very happy customers who will go back... thanx harry

I wasn't sure which vehicle I wanted to purchase; they had 2 Toyota's that I really liked. I was very appreciative of their service and understanding; they allowed me to have both vehicles home over night so I could get a feel for which one, if any that I liked enough to purchase. They didn't rush us and got in touch with me when they said they would about financing or all my other questions. Within 3 days I had decided which vehicle I wanted. They put me in touch with my financing that I wanted; with the lowest interest rate.I loved their policy of "anyone here can help you", it doesn't have to be just 1 salesperson...It's not all about the money in their pocket! They really want you to be happy! Great group of people, very friendly and knowledgeable!I'm definitely telling everyone I know and will buy my next vehicle from them as well!Thanks!!
