I inquired about a vehicle and got a response the first time, after that would only text. When I texted back after doing my homework on the vehicle to ask about 2 accidents listed on Carfax, Scott pled ignorance and from that point on did not return texts, calls or emails. Before buying from this dealer, make sure you get a Carfax report. They advertised this vehicle as "accident free" on Cars.com and elsewhere

Scott found a 2019 Honda Ridgeline with 24 miles on it. He arranged the shipping from California to Omaha and the transaction was care free. The vehicle arrived on time and it was exactly as advertised. I am totally happy with it. Most recently he oversaw my purchase of a 1974 VW THING from southern California and that too was a great experience. I recommend Scott and Peel Autos to all my friends and family.

Very poor communication. Scott seems to not care about selling anything or just doesn't have them to sell. Hard to understand but really wonder if the cars even exist.

Top of the line vehicles in most cases and very honest people. Not like other dealerships and easy to deal with and I have purchased several cars from them and always get a fair deal! I always recommend them to serious buyers.

not professional workers, tried to negotiate a purchase and they stupidly stopped answering me. wrote to them from another mail machine in stock and they still sell this car. I still don't understand what the problem is

I have bought several vehicles from Scott and Bill and they have all been exceptional in quality and detail. They always give me great advice and will find me what I want if they don't have it on hand.

Outstanding experience from initial call through driving away from Scott's facility! Obtained an excellent price on a near pristine Lexus GX460, and Scott gave me a very fair price on my trade. A very stress-free and fun experience from beginning to end. Why go to a used car lot when you can buy a high quality vehicle with NO ADDED FEES, no added BS and no stratospheric asking price ? Had a 2014 Silverado posted online and I tried very hard to buy it. Competively priced and a very pretty truck. I emailed and Scott responded right away. Then I called for a week and no answer, texted the other number listed and he said Scott would call, received a voicemail from Scott Saturday morning but wasn't able to respond because in a golf tournament. After that called and called for 2 weeks, left multiple voicemails and text messages to no avail. Tried finding the dealership in Valley but the address is just an unmarked warehouse not an actual dealership. A simple call back or text saying we do not want to sell the truck to you would have been nice. I have never experienced such a thing.

This by far has had to be one of the best buying experiences I've ever had in my entire life! Scott felt like a friend we've known for years and not in that fake used car salesman way. He was genuine and personable. Another nice thing about Peels, he only has quality vehicles that I believe he would not sell if he would not purchase them for himself or a friend. I'm sure this will not be the last vehicle we purchase from him.
