My wife and I had been eyeing trucks on the lot for months. After finally deciding to buy we went to cars.com and found a truck that we fell in love with. Just so happened to be on the same lot that we had been driving past for months. We spoke to Bob and he was beyond helpful. Price of the truck was very fair (below KBB estimate) and they gave us far more for our trade than was expected by me or my wife. After meeting several of the members of the team and seeing how friendly and down to earth they are, I will be buying from them in the future.

No answer, no truck?
Tried to request information about a truck listed online, never got a response, can't find the truck on the lot after driving by many times in the last few weeks and the truck is still listed available on line

Pacific Coast Auto Center purchase
Last month I saw a Lariat on the Pacific Coast Auto website so I went to check it out. It was awesome but actually more truck(& $$) than I needed. Travis then showed me a 2010 F-150 that was just traded up. I LOVED IT! I BOUGHT IT! It has enough bells & whistles to keep me happy, drives beautifully, will pull anything I throw at it, and now I am adding all the cool accessories I can find, including Cabela's pink camo seat covers! This is one cool truck! Thank you both Travis & Steve for an easy deal, a good buy, & a very comfortable store. You are highly recommended.

Happy Customer!
I recently purchased a 2010 Ford F-150 pick up from Andy and Lindsey at Pacific Coast Auto Center and had a great experience! They had just the truck I was looking for at the right price. Andy was my first point of contact and I felt he was an honest, straight up guy. After a thorough inspection by a local shop, the truck sold itself. Andy made the front end work of buying a vehicle easy, and Lindsey made the paperwork end enjoyable. The process did not feel like a hard sell or pressure situation. It was comfortable and friendly. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

Couldn't be happier!
We dealt with Travis Ashby on the phone before visiting the dealership. He was courteous and very helpful with our many questions. Once we arrived at the dealership our new truck was exactly as Travis had described it and drove perfectly. The owner of Pacific Coast Auto Center evaluated our trade in and offered us a fair price. They even found us a better finance rate then our credit union could offer! We will be back to see Travis in the future and recommend him and Pacific Coast Auto Center to everyone we know!

Q: How do theses places stay in business? A: Suckers!
Rule #1: Always trust your gut instinct. I failed to. After first speaking with a sales associate on the phone I knew I didn't have the sharpest tool in the shed. Still, the truck looked promising enough, plenty of glossy pictures and a clean, one owner Carfax report. The truck I was told was "babied", exceptionally clean, no damage, one of the best on their lot, etc., etc., etc. I specifically asked if it had been smoked in, had rust, or any mechanical issues noticeable. After finally reaching a price on the phone conditional upon my inspection I asked to be sent two pictures; one of the odometer reading and one of the worst possible surface defects so there would be no surprises (I was traveling four hours away from Portland, OR). One of the pictures came back blurry with suspicious rust characteristics. I then again asked: "are you sure that is not rust?" The answer came back as "I'm pretty sure it's just a chip". Hmmmm. Still, giving Pac Coast the benefit of the doubt (mistake) I plowed ahead the next morning in the rain on my motorcycle hoping for the best. Arriving four hours later, soaked and freezing looking forward to a ride home in a warm truck I met the con artist in person and began to inspect the truck. It didn't take more than a few minutes. The "chip" I asked to see had mysteriously disappeared overnight, or should I say was spray painted over. Trouble is, you just can't hide RUST! After a bit of poking around it was obvious the whole truck had serious rust issues lurking everywhere! Upon the utmost disbelief that I had been abjectly lied to, the sales associate proceeded to then throw his mechanic under the bus and replied "I didn't know about this, he didn't say anything about rust when he inspected it", backpedal backpedal backpedal. Furious, I just left. On the way out of the building the guy couldn't even make eye contact with me. Four more hours in the rain back to Portland I wondered what kind of person could blatantly lie to you, have you waste your whole day, and expect to receive your money in return. Not even an apology on the voicemail or via email. This experience puts the derogatory "used car salesman" phrase in the dictionary. Bottom line: STAY AWAY! Don't even give these guys a chance

Couldn't ask for a better deal
Just bought a 2013 Ford E250 from Pacific Coast Auto Center on 10/27/14. Ramiro Baldovinos was great to deal with. Very pleased with the whole experience. Well worth the 350 mile drive to get there and back with my sweet new work rig. The easiest vehicle purchase I've ever had at a dealership.

I purchased a beautiful, lightly used Cadillac cts. The very day after purchasing the car and after putting no more than 40 miles on the vehicle it died. Left me stranded on the interstate in a cloud of white smoke and I had to have the car towed. While having it towed I also discovered that the spare tire as well as the tow equipment were missing, making the towing process difficult. Pleasant purchasing experience, horribly pre-sale inspected product.
