I whole heartily recommend you stop by Harbor City Auto for your next vehicle purchase. I typically do not provide reviews, but on some occasions it feels warranted. This is one of those times. Obviously since I gave a five star rating, I am extremely pleased. I purchased a 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan. Certainly not a luxurious ride, but it is exactly what I needed. For a 7 year old vehicle, it was remarkably clean with low miles. Being a 7 year old vehicle, I did expect there to be some issues. To me, what matters is how the dealership handles those issues when they arise. I can pleasantly say, Harbor City Auto was remarkable. No hesitation on their part; they took care of the three items that came up. The vehicle has been awesome ever since. So a big call out to Don Sr. and Don Jr. for your commitment to being a good, honest, dealership. Thank you Jerry for making the purchase easy and smooth. At 77 years old I've had some experience with sales, service and customer support. I have never been more impressed with an owners personal involvement and commitment to resolve a problem than the owner of Harbor City Auto; Don Sr. and his son Don Jr. WOW! They have assembled a highly qualified team that is focused on customer satisfaction. The car we bought, a 2016 Nissan Rogue was whistle clean, smooth running, new tires and a 30 day guarantee against almost anything going wrong. Three weeks after taking delivery a check engine light came on. It was triggered by a very small amount of exhaust gas imbalance in the recycled engine gases. It was fixed and a month later the light came on again. They replaced O rings, parts, sensors and even the gas cap. No cost. Problem completely fixed with the added comment "if anything else goes wrong bring it back!" Professional, courteous, and 100% committed to making sure the products they sell work! no if's buts or maybes. This company belongs in a class of its own. What a pleasure to deal with. Forget new cars, old cars, great deals... go to Harbor City for your next car!

Excellent and well run family owned dealership. Don Jr. and Jerry were very helpful and straight forward. They have a great hand picked selection of various brands and better yet, if they don't have it there's a great chance they can find it for you. We hadn't purchased just yet because they're seeking our first choice and color but being in the auto business for 31 years and 26 as a manager I would highly recommend this store for your next auto consideration.
