My wife and I were flagged down in the parking lot on Saturday night. We explained that we were in a hurry and they insisted on us looking at a vehicle. We decided to change our plans and looked at the suv. After we decided to go ahead and purchase the suv and since it was late they said it'll be Monday around 11am before we can finish everything. My wife took off half a day Monday so we could complete the process and it is now 3pm and stI'll haven't heard a word. I've called three times and all I hear is we're waiting on the bank. I believe they should have let us know Saturday that it could take all day and maybe call and let us know they're still waiting, not just have us sitting at the house waiting. My wife is to the point of just letting them keep their car.
