This was a great experience, i had the car i wanted transferred from another carmax, they did their final check on it and let me know when i could come get it. Everything was perfect, just a little chip in the windshield and they took care of that too. I will recommend to friends and family.

Overall a great purchasing experience! Once we found the vehicle we wanted, the process went smoothly, the people were friendly and accommodating, starting with the initial test drive all the way through to the final document signing. After we purchased the vehicle, the service department also did a great job handling our work order (additional repairs needed), providing updates, communicating regularly, etc.
