Routine Service

The service department did my state inspection in a timely fashion I initially had a 10 am appointment & called to change it to a later time Service department was very accommodating

impressive customer service

Staff is immediately responsive to ensure needs of the customer are being met. Attention to detail and follow up when service is completed was great. I felt all service staff were not only courteous but really made it a priority to make sure I was a satisfied customer .

Not happy with lack of communication

1. I was charged for 2 days lonaner insurance when my car should of be done in one day for an 2017 car inspection. 2. I was charged for tire rotation with out arthothatizing , even when tire tread ware was the same on all 4 tires.

Just okay

I went in to Thompson because my inflate warning light was on and I also asked that they check the scratches on the driver side to see what would be needed to fix them. I waited about an hour and they check the tires and that it’s a mayor which was fine but nothing was done about the scratches. I didn’t want to wait anymore so I left.

Excellent service

When I first called the dealership they were very helpful in guesstimating what my problem was. They let me know that my vehicle could be looked at as soon as I could bring it in. The drop-off and pick-up process where excellent. The information from the mechanic was very helpful for future plans of service.

Swap rear camera

They handled insurance claim, made in pair, and washed my car. Really worth buying that extended warranty when purchasing the car. No cost and clean car = winning

Bought a car with my Mother-in-law and sold it 2yrs later

My mother-in-law took me with her to buy her last car in 2016. The folks at Thompson could not have been more helpful and supportive of her needs. Then, after she passed away at the end of 2018, the same dealership was very helpful to her estate in buying the car back. Fair selling price and generous buying price, and great folks, what else could you want?
