Eric was very helpful and spent a lot of time with us looking at different trucks and answered all our questions. Mike kept in touch with us even after 8:00 pm. There was a screw in one of the tires which was in between the treads and they removed it, did a soap bubble test and a video to make sure the tire was OK. Very professional and thorough.
