I went into this clean dealer I was helped right away. Paul was so friendly and dedicated in helping me find a car that fit my budget. I got my used car the same day and everything inside was perfect. They throughly explain everything to you about the car you want to purchase. And though I purchased a new car almost everything on the car was brand new. Such an amazing experience purchasing my first car from road ready. I have no regrets. Paul even called a few days later to check on me and made sure the car was working well for me. He told me I could call any time with questions. Really great place to get a car !

Absolutely phenomenal used car buying experience. I will not go anywhere else after buying from George (and Anthony). The facilities are simply amazing!!! Elvis + a huge saltwater fish tank + a fully stocked soda fountain setup (candy bar for the kids) + like 400 cars to choose from. Super helpful and friendly staff - no high pressure sales, just the facts. Add in the 150 point inspection and this place is a no-brainer if you are shopping for a used car. Customer service was unbelievable - George even picked me up at my house (30 mins away) on delivery day!!! Thank you Road Ready Used Cars - happy to be part of the family...

My experience at Road ready used cars was nothing but fantastic !!! Everyone and I mean everyone will take care of you there. From the door man , to the salesmen and financing guy , they did an absolute great job! George was firm and told me everything I had to do and we got it done ! Also , the truck was in absolutely beautiful shape when I picked it up , couldn't ask for more ! New tires, brakes, fresh wash (interior,exterior) and a full undercoating on the truck ! 11/10 would recommend Road Ready and George !!!!

To date, the worst, worst, absolute worst experience and most unprofessional car dealer I have ever visited. To begin, they have their inventory listed on car fax. You would think a service that shows a full vehicle service history and reported accidents/damage would be accurate, but no. They had immaculate pictures of the car, a flawless car fax report, everything seemed to be decent for what I was shopping for. I put in a phone call asking if the car was still available and if I could schedule a test drive, and a very polite woman let me know it was available and ready to test drive, and that I would get to speak to the manager, Milton, when I arrived. No problems here. I spent the time after work, driving an hour and a half one way, to reach the dealership and be instantly disappointed. The car was trash. It had at least 2 flat tires, the front end was leaking fluids excessively, and the entire rear end was caved in with the fender hanging on for dear life. As my family and I were scoping out the car, we were intercepted by a salesman that came out to greet us. I told him I had called in about test driving the car today, but pointed out how completely off the advertisement was for the vehicle. He even said he didn't recommend me test driving it because of the flat tires "BUT IT RUNS GREAT!" yeah, because someone is going to spend thousands of dollars on a car they can't even test drive, right? Smart guy. We told him we were interested in seeing what else was in the price range of the vehicle because we had already invested the drive out there and truly didn't want to leave empty handed, we wanted to give them business. He brought us back inside, tried to sweet talk me as car salesman usually do and pushed a credit check form in front of me before even bringing up what they might have in the inventory. I declined the form and said I really was only interested in seeing what was available before wasting the time to write the paperwork. This cringe worthy experience put us on edge, the salesman was very pushy, tried to argue that he was right and that the original car was quality (even though very clearly it wasn't) then proceeded to show me vehicles not within my price range. When he stepped away, we strongly didn't feel comfortable with any car they might show us, as the first one that was supposed to be certified car fax report checked and ready was completely trashed, we decided to leave. I walked up to him, let him know thank you but we weren't interested because we really had only come out for the specific car, and left the building. Half way to our car, a very unfriendly, unprofessional looking character in a t shirt and jeans comes running out yelling my name asking what was wrong with the deal and why we were leaving. We explained and pointed out at the car that it was clearly false advertised and in very poor condition. He tells us he's the general manager, and comes up with the line "what do you expect, it's a $5000 car?" Do you really, really think it's good business to patronize potential customers that your falsely advertised car is in horrible condition because "it's a $5000 car"? Really? This did upset us at this point and we continued to walk to our car, making it very clear that we were not satisfied with the experience and that both of the men we dealed with today were not gentleman and not salesman. On top of all this, as I'm about to enter my car with my family, this "general manager" begins to taunt me, with comments like "tough guy, huh, yeah go with your mommy home". I'm sorry, I thought this was a car dealership, not a playground. I would never recommend this dealership to someone I hated, and I would strongly advise you to stay away from this dealership, despite the "car fax certification", because the vehicles they try to pawn off here are not legitimate. On top of a falsely advertised inventory, the staff are very aggressive, immature, and unprofessional, and don't appreciate when you point out the flaws with their vehicles.

Just the overall Process of buying a car from this dealership was great. Being Greeted as soon as i walk in the door and Being offered a refreshment. The Salesman Paul was great he didn't try to push anything on me and let me choose what i felt was right for me.
