I purchased my 2005 Chrysler 300 from Eddie and he was the most helpful nice guy. I've had bad experiences in the past with buying cars and he was very helpful and comforting when it came to my new purchase.

Let Me start by saying that these guys are mad cool. I just bought my first car from them and I forsee it to be a good purchase. They assured me that it anything goes wrong no matter how small they will take care of me. Also I came to this dealership twice both times I came they picked me up from the train station which I really appreciated. The car has 60k miles and I hope god willing and thanks to these guys it will last me a couple of years and made a good investment. Thanks guys so much. : )

I was in the market for a second car for my daughter. I found what seemed to be a reliable car at a decent price on their website and went to take a look at it. I was in the sales office when they received a call from a previous customer that had purchased an extended warranty and needed repairs done on his car but the garage had tried to process the paper work and the warranty was refused. After a number of calls back & forth a group of "salesmen" went into another room where they thought they were out of ear-shot. The gist of the conversation was that they had charged the customer for the warranty but never purchased it and had pocketed the money instead. Their "plan" was to have the customer pay for the repairs at the time and they would negotiate after the fact and reimburse him a portion of his bill but to stall him as much as possible until they ABSOLUTELY had to pay. I made an excuse to go out to the lot and look at other cars and promptly ran for the hills. You have been warned.
