Ryan was professional, mindful of the time and a great pleasure to work with, he also holds a great conversation. Being an essential worker as a professional truck driver I don't have the luxury to make my own schedule or take time off during these demanding times, Ryan was kind enough to accommodate my schedule to stay after hours to close the deal and remained in touch to make sure all is well. Filipe was the financier who helped me save some money by getting the interest rate down and was very clear in his explanations as well as staying late. I had the pleasure to speak with the owner and he is a true gentlemen who is not afraid to cut into the bottom line to make sure the vehicles are road ready, like the name says. I must say my experience here has been nothing less than excellent. I recently purchased a Ford Raptor that I couldn't just walk away from. This truck was everything I was looking for and more. Although it was somewhat out of my budget, the staff at Road Ready did everything they could to make it just where I wanted to be as far as price and satisfaction. Thanks to my sales lady Amber and the mangers for going above and beyond.
