2nd CRV from Bommarito Honda

Our experience with Bommarito Honda has been nothing but great! Bought our first new CRV in 2015 and just bought another one yesterday. Our sales rep, Mike Morris was pleasant and helpful thru the entire process. The service department has always been a A-1!! Glad we traveled the extra 40 miles to buy from Bommarito!

Great!

I loved working with Sue and Randy. Both were very kind with excellent service and very professional. Also they were willing to work with my budget and got me in the car i wanted. Bommarito Honda

Came to Bommarito Honda for an appt. with Sue Doyle arranged through Trucar Internet pricing. Ms. Doyle arranged for a test drive of a Honda CR-V with comparably equipped as the CR-V we were interested in checking out. Sue Doyle was very knowledgeable of the technology and safety features of the CR-V and set up a test drive that would demonstrate how these features worked in sync with the vehicle and driver first hand. Sue made us feel comfortable with the vehicle and answered all of our questions about the special features the car is equipped with. We purchased the car we wanted that day, and arranged for pick-up on Monday. Sue went over the vehicle with my wife and noticed that the fifth door was opening as smoothly as is should and immediately took the car to service to have them check the vehicle out. It was discovered that the factory battery did not have a correct charge on it and the vehicle was repaired. We certainly appreciate it that Sue took the time to ensure our CR-V was operating perfectly and followed through with the service needed to make the vehicle whole. This level of genuine concern for customers is a rarity today.

Kevin is the BEST!!!

Cant beat the relationship that Kevin builds with his clients. He isn't about just making a deal, he is there to put you in the right car at the right price and on your terms. Been buying cars from Kevin for the last 28+ years and wouldn't buy from anyone else. You truly feel like a family member and not just a customer when you work with Kevin. Very helpful and straightforward

Randy listened to what I wanted and showed me a good amount of options. This was the first car I've purchased on my own and he was very helpful in explaining the pros and cons of each option. He was straightforward and treated me with respect.

Car buying made easy

Randy made buying my Ridgeline an easy process. I came into the dealership already planning to buy the 2018 Ridgeline somewhere. I went to Bommarito first because I had a positive experience when I purchased my Honda Odyssey from them in 2015. Randy provided a thorough discussion and demonstration of the Ridgeline's many features. We were able to painlessly reach an agreement on price.. Buying a vehicle is not my favorite things to do, But Randy's attitude and professionalism made it a good discussion.. Working out the financing was also an easy process and thoroughly explained to me by Jason. Thanks to Randy and Jason, I was able to drive home my new 2018 Ridgeline within hours. Bommarito is a great dealership to work with.

2nd Time Around

Bought new Honda CRV on June 21, 2017. Then a woman t-boned me on Thanksgiving morning. The next day I emailed my Sales Person Sue Doyle to see if she could find me an identical car. She did! And held it for me until I settled with the woman's insurance company and bought my new CRV on Dec. 18, 2017. Sue was terrific!
