Wasn’t pleased. 815 my car was fine 943 it needed an alignment. What happened in 1 1/2 hours my car didn’t leave the lot. Is it because there was a coupon to have the work done?

Dillon was fantastic! Knowledgeable and friendly. Honest and great follow up.. we love our car and it’s the first time I moved away from a German car in, well decades... so this was a big deal for me. Dillon made the process easy and made us feel comfortable to come to him with any questions, which we have and yes quickly given us pointers in all the great technical features we had no clue how to use!

Great interactions with Marshall and Rich and Pam....
Great interactions with Marshall and Rich and Pam. Marshall helped me set up appointment when I needed to schedule for my “scotch guard” then he helped me when I brought the car for that and then Marshall was able to get me in when I ran over a metal chunk and the tire had a hole in it. Marshall kept me informed on the process of checking on my warranty process with the finance department and then helping me connect with Rich for a ride to and from work. Thanks to both of them! Thanks to Pam as well for her help.She was fun to talk to!

I brought my 2017 OPTIMA in for inspection & routine maintenance - without an appointment, and was treated well and accommodated. Car was finished when promised, and the service rep was professional and pleasant.
