Very great service and the staff I dealt with were very personable and knowledgeable, I would recommend this dealer I haven’t used the vehicle service center yet ,so I can’t comment on that end.

Very pleased with the whole experience. From being greeted and welcomed at the door, offered coffee, water, snacks, freshly made popcorn! Seated at a table with comfortable chairs and treated with exceptional courtesy, attentiveness, and thoroughly impressed with our salesman Mark Rings. He went above and beyond any salesman I’ve encountered in my 50 plus years of purchasing automobiles.

Mark was so willing to help me get in my dream car, I really appreciated his patience after dealing with a not so good dealership

This is my second lease with destination Kia. My first was a forte that I had seen as an advertisement on TV for a lease of $100 per month. Went to destination Kia and left an hour later with my new Kia as a very satisfied customer. Went back when my lease was up and up graded a little to a sportage also left with a great car and lease as a very satisfied customer. Matthew marcial was a great knowledgeable salesman that was easy to deal with.

Great service with Dan! He was very knowledgeable. He listened to what I wanted and did his best to make that happen. I was pleased to have a stress free car buying experience.

After purchasing 2 Vehicles the Truck was left on a qaurter of a tank after leaving I recognize it after I left when Tom had a guy that was supposed to fill it...Was disappointed for sure considering we bought 2 Vehicles not just one ...

Mark was very helpful. He started by explaining why he would be assisting me because I was told to ask for Sean. I told him what I was looking for like a Forte, what I wanted in options and he lead the way. He took the time to explain the steps of the process and kept me informed and updates all through the process. Would I come back again, would I ask for Mark , YES!!

I had a great experience at destination Kia, I was turning in my lease two months early and 4000 miles over and was not expecting to actually turn my lease in when I drove down. I was told they think everything would work out, not to worry and just come down. Rob Bucher was a pleasure to work with, I will find it difficult to work with anyone else now and probably won’t. My overall experience at destination Kia was superb and will be my frist stop for my next lease!
