He will remember who you are and won’t need reminding where y’all are at in the process. Not only is he efficient, he always had my paperwork ready before my appointment, so all I had to do was sign. He called me immediately when my tags came in. He did what he said he would do by reminding me in an email to get my county sticker changed. His inventory: Todd is ultra thorough in only buying cars in excellent condition. From there he puts in hours on finishing touches or scheduled maintenance (even if it’s ahead of the due date). The office is clean, nice, and has all the coffee and snack things. Staff is friendly and professional. His maintenance team specializes in a few makes, which I believe will save me money on misdiagnosing / trial and error at other shops. Todd’s Car Team likes to work with families from one generation to the next, as was the case with my friend who recommended them. I am pleased to recommend them as well!

After my last car was rear-ended and totaled, I did extensive research & dealt with multiple dealerships during one of the hardest times to buy a vehicle. I am SO glad I found ToddsCarTeam.com! His prices are extremely fair and accurate (no haggling or negotiation needed). They do extensive work to their cars before putting them on the market (so you know you won’t be dropping a bunch of money on a car and immediately need to do a bunch of expensive repairs). They offer great warranties for used cars (which are not always offered for used cars). The online listings are up-to-date, detailed & accurate! (I can’t tell you how far I drove to some dealerships to look at cars they had listed and most of the cars I was going to see were not even there!!) The customer service is prompt and amazing, and now that I own my Honda CRV, Todd even answers my car questions about every little thing I want to know! Bought a 2 year old van from Todd 4 years ago in rush. Todd went above and beyond to have the van thoroughly inspected and detailed in our inconvenient time frame. We were pleased with the communication, level of service, and the price - below KBB! Since then I have called Todd with other van needs. He always responds quickly with a polite, concise answer. If someone on Todd's team is able to help with a repair (and they have), he sets it up and has saved us a lot of money without sacrificing quality, probably even providing better quality! Tyler is always kind, prompt, and clear with his information regarding van maintenance. *Tyler once saved us $2,000 by noticing we needed a $3 part replaced and not a whole new AC system like another mechanic recommended.* The team knows we have lots of children and always goes above and beyond to accommodate our needs.
