I bought a vehicle there and had an isssue from day one.

I bought a vehicle there and had an isssue from day one. They couldn't find anyone to fix it, I did. They had the truck for 3 weeks, Saying they had no, way to get it to the repair shop. I did it. They said it was done the expensive way, sincew then, I paid 5 grand and have put 2500.00 into it. Tires, Pump and radiator. Haven't bothered to call, they are worthless. PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE! I traded a 2016 Vw Tiguan for a 2008 Jeep Commander. Theu got a deal, I got screwed.

Very great cars for good deals and nice salesmen!

Very great! Good cars and such nice salesmen that work with you! 10/10 recommend. Found a car for my parents and for me. Very great place and should check it out asap! If you’re looking for a car.

Chevy aveo lemon

Me and my wife got a chevy aveo from them and payed full asking price and 2 weeks in car was not running well at all when we got it was making a winding noise asked about it was told power searing pump was just put in and it would stop when it really was a blown head gasket called emailed them and still have not got call back or email back I would never buy from this dealer ship buyer beware

Best Customer Service in awhile

I bought a car from Dells Auto about a month ago. It was the best car buying experience I've had in awhile. The whole process was easy and very informative. The gentlemen that help me out didn't rush me, I didn't feel like i was being pressured to buy anything. He was there with me the whole time even threw all the questions I had. And as for the car itself it looked great. They did a great job with everything definitely going back for another. Thank You Dells Auto

Best Customer Service in awhile

I bought a car from Dells Auto about a month ago. It was the best car buying experience I've had in awhile. The whole process was easy and very informative. Ryan was awesome!

Very impressed with everything related to our new car. I bought a Town and Country and my family loves it. We got a TV and the kids are looking forward to the trip to Grandmas for Thanksgiving.

SHOP ELSEWHERE!!!

Purchased a car from them in June. Have had numerous problems with it. It was dirty when I picked it up (that should have been my first clue). They were going to replace the headlight that leaked and didn't. Called numerous times but they just blew me off and gave me the run around .I got tired of dealing with them so I just replaced it myself. This headlight should have been replaced BEFORE put on the lot. The paint job was rigged like they were trying to hide something. Part of it was pinstripped and some of it was painted on and some of the pinstripe was clear coated over. The list goes on and on. They are eager to get your money but obviously don't care if they ever see you again after that . Very POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE after the sale.

NOT IMPRESSED!!!

Not impressed!!! We traded in our SUV for a GMC Acadia on April 16th did all the paperwork, but had to wait a week to take our new vehicle home due to some repairs they had to do on the Acadia... Question is, why would you put a vehicle on your lot letting customers test drive it get very interested in it, knowing that it needed repairs done to it? Anyways, I told them it desperately needed wiper blades, the said no problem, they would put new ones on... The inside was not that clean, they said they would get me in touch with some guy who does shampooing in their vehicles. When I picked it up, a week after signing paperwork they did not put new wiper blades on, never gave me any info on the guy who shampoos, and the temporary plates they put on expire May 11th, we purchased it April 16th, didn't get the vehicle till April 23rd, dealers are to give you 30 days to register, we were given 25 days... They gave us a bunch of referral cards and told us that if we refer them they would give us $100 dollars for every referral, we threw the cards away!!! Now we may think it has some mechanical problems with it, something with the fuel line as we have noticed it hesitates to accelerate and its leaking something under the engine...

Fair price and trade in

I wanted to trade in my pick up for an economical car due to a job change and found what I was looking for at Dell's Auto. The salesman was not pushy like the ones in town and the whole process was much more enjoyable than the BIG Boys in town. They gave me a fair trade and the car was priced correctly right off the lot.
