All dealers should aspire to be like Tilley's Auto Sales. David and Matthew couldn't have been more friendly, professional, and helpful. I was looking for a fairly specific model of car, and was having trouble finding one locally. I was initially a little apprehensive about purchasing a car that was 6 hours away, but I'm so happy that I chose to go to Tilley's. The car is exactly as it was presented on the website, and they made the purchase process a wonderful experience. Every good review that they have on here has been well earned, they truly care about their customers and will go out of their way to make sure that you are happy at the end of the day.

I have purchased two used vehicles from Tilley's in the past 6 months and I'm still shocked at how easy and hassle free the process was. There is no pressure at al and they really do everything within their power to put you in the vehicle you want and always at a great price. Bought my first USED car in many years at Tilley's. First met Matt who discussed pros and cons of the different models and was able to help me find the car of my dreams by listening to what I said I wanted and needed. There was no pressure. It was a very positive experience.

I bought a 2015 Dodge Ram 1500 from David Tilley. I was able to work out my trade and purchase price over the phone before I drove 2 hours to look at the truck. David made my buying experience very pleasant. I had looked at similar trucks at local dealers; however, I was never able to work out a trade. I gave David all of my information and within an hour talking on the phone we worked out a trade. When I got to the lot my experience got even better. David walked me around the truck pointing out all of the minor scratches on the truck and let me take it for a test drive. He looked at my trade while I was driving the truck. By the time I got back to the lot he had all of the paperwork ready and stuck to the deal we made over the phone. There was no attempt to renegotiate the deal, everything was what we discussed over the phone. I've bought multiple cars over the phone and in person and have never experienced this level of professional service. David made my car buying hassle free and pleasant. Excellent service and excellent people, great place to look for a vehicle!

Definitely would recommend buying a car from these people to anyone. The car was just what I was looking for. The clean-up job on the car was excellent as well.

Over all David Tilleys was great to deal with. Only big disappointment was I talked to him several times on the phone, made the deal on the phone but when my wife and I arrived he tells us he has only one key to the car. No big deal right? Wrong!! it costed me 175$ to get another smart key to my Durango! So much for my deal I thought I made. So make sure to ask if he have both keys. I just wish I was told in advance.
