I purchased a Nissan Pathfinder from this dealership less

I purchased a Nissan Pathfinder from this dealership less than two weeks ago and paid an additional $500 for a 90-day powertrain warranty. At first, I felt like I got a fair deal upfront. However, since buying the vehicle, several issues have surfaced. First, the roof trim came loose, which I had to glue back myself. Then, I discovered that the rear door handle was broken—a detail I missed during my inspection, so I had to fix that as well. And this morning, I realized the power steering fluid is definitely bad, which may require me to spend $2,000 to $3,000 to replace the pump entirely. It's evident to me that this vehicle was not properly inspected by a certified professional before it was listed for sale. The "computer readout" they provided, showing old diagnostic codes, was apparently from the previous owner, as they didn’t even bother to run it themselves. I take full responsibility for trusting these people—Alvin, in particular, was great to work with—but unfortunately, this dealership refuses to stand behind their products. They are doing everything possible to avoid covering repairs that, in my opinion, should have been addressed before the car was listed for sale. Who sells a car with bad fluids, broken trim, and a faulty rear door handle—something that could have potentially trapped my kids? To make matters worse, although I paid for the warranty in full to cover issues like this, they are politely refusing to cover any of the repairs because they "aren't engine or powertrain related." While Alvin tried his best, he has no authority to make decisions for customers, which is frustrating. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I wouldn’t call my car a lemon since it does run, but the lack of accountability and customer support is unacceptable. The only reason I’m giving this dealership one star instead of zero is because of Alvin’s efforts. So, thanks, but no thanks—save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else!

Steer clear

Dealer harassed and belittled me through email, without ever even speaking to me. I would do business elsewhere if I were you. Contacted dealer and was told I couldn’t even afford the vehicle I was contacting them about. After telling the dealer I was taking screenshots and leaving a review my phone started blowing up non-stop as they tried contacting me. When I called back I was hung up on.

Great Purchase Experience

Friendly Owner and Sales staff, Fast Service, Great Price on a very clean pre-owned Lexus 450h. Left with a full tank, 90 day warranty and 3 months of free Sirius FM Radio. Well worth the 2 hour drive from Aiken, SC. Would highly recommend when searching for a good deal on a clean pre-owned vehicle.

Out of state purchase

Great experience. They went out of their way to accommodate me as I flew in to finalize the purchase. I was picked up at the airport and returned to my hotel later. They cooperated in arranging to transport my purchase out of state. First rate experience. Can't say enough about how pleasant they made the experience.

Love my new car

Went in just looking to add a new car to our family and ended up buying. Kim was so patient and showed me everything I asked to look at. He listened to what I asked for and pointed right to my New Ford Fusion! As soon as I drove it I knew it was the car for me!! I really enjoyed my buying experience and thanks to Kim for making it a easy stress free experience. Will for sure be back when we start looking again!

Customer satisfaction

We enjoyed buying our truck from Kim. He was helpful on the phone before our visit. The truck met all of our expectations with low mileage,leather interior and much more! We appreciated the relaxed atmosphere with no pressure to buy. We will use this dealership again!
