I am a first time car buyer, and Clyde and the team were

I am a first time car buyer, and Clyde and the team were able to get me the car I wanted, with the down payment I wanted, and also great monthly rates! 10/10 experience!

Great service and selection of vehicles.

Long story short: do not buy a car or have any work done

Long story short: do not buy a car or have any work done by these people; NexCar can't even do an oil change right and will expect you to pay for it. I bought a car from NexCar in July 2025, and I just got around to changing the oil on it. I found that the technician at NexCar cross threaded the drain plug (this damages the oil pan, leads to oil leaks, and can put metal shavings in the oil), and I know NexCar did this because they change the oil on all their cars. To remedy their mistake, some gorilla put RTV silicone all around the plug and WAY over tightened it (this further damaged the pan and can put silicone in the oil). I immediately took pictures and videos of their horrible repair and got a repair quote from a local shop. I sent these to Beto, a service representative, and he took days to respond after repeated calls. Today, after the car has been waiting in a shop for three days, I called again just to be informed by the owner that the cars are sold "as is" and they won't pay for the repairs. If I bought the car from someone on Facebook, I would assume such risks. However, this was an established business with seemingly good reviews. NexCar strung me around for a week waiting an answer and repeatedly ignored my calls. What NexCar did was crooked, and businesses like them give used car dealers a bad reputation. If I could leave a 0 star review, I would.

I had a pleasant experience at Nexcar dealership.

I had a pleasant experience at Nexcar dealership. The salesman was friendly and helpful with the Honda Civic that I was interested in looking. I didn’t feel pressured to buy the car. I did look at another car that was nice but I decided to buy the Honda Civic! The car had very low mileage and looked very clean from the inside! Overall, I had a great experience there.

I have had problems 2 weeks into driving my “new”

I have had problems 2 weeks into driving my “new” vehicle. Had to put it in the shop for over a week and pay $962 dollars for repairs after only paying 1 car note. I would NEVER recommend this dealership. I’m sad that capitol one even sent me to them because had they not referred me I would have new knew about nexxcar let alone got a car from here. This is by far the worst experience ever! I don’t wish these troubles on anyone so I advise you all to take heed! I am reaching out to capitol one as well because they should look deep into companies before referring their own customers here. Were get with capitol one to build our credit then you get with a car lot like this and you never know what will happen next. GO TO A RELIABLE CAR LOT THAT HAS WARRANTY! I put down 5K and I have never been more depressed.

They lie and will tell you more lies they won't work with you even in important situations..tell one thing do another ..also the car they gave set didn't work and radio would change on you ..
