The staff at the location was very nice and Tony the manager got the deal done and on time and when we arrived for the car the staff greeted us with smiles and the process was easy and fast with the deal and trade in progress. I wasn’t to give a big thank you for Twanda for the fast signing process we love the car and the location will be referred them to everyone and will use them again for the future. Thanks everyone is the best

0 Star Review: Stay Away from Eastern Sterling Motors I reserved a vehicle online for 7 days, submitted all my information, and scheduled a pickup for Friday. Wanting to be proactive, I visited the dealership on Tuesday after receiving confirmation that the car would be available. To my surprise, the vehicle wasn’t there. The manager—whose attitude was anything but professional—told me the car was at the GMC shop for a repair on one of the rear seat screens. Despite the inconvenience, I agreed to proceed with the paperwork. Moments later, the manager returned and said he couldn’t move forward unless he added more to the price—an unexpected and unjustified change. His demeanor was dismissive and unprofessional, making it clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority. Eastern Sterling Motors failed on multiple fronts: poor communication, lack of transparency, and a complete disregard for the customer experience. The customer service rep I initially dealt with was helpful—until I raised my concerns. After that, he stopped responding altogether. This dealership operates like a bad joke. If you’re considering buying a car here, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Eastern Motors needs serious management training, starting with replacing individuals who clearly aren’t fit for leadership. Bottom line: I do not recommend Eastern Sterling Motors. Stay far away.

The store manager, Tony, was amazing.

The store manager, Tony, was amazing. His customer service was impeccable. He was pleasant, knowledgable, and kind. He made my husband and I feel comfortable and reassured that he would be able to find the vehicle that met our needs. Thank you, Tony! Eli was amazing as well. He led us through to the home stretch!!
