I worked with John McCaa who was very helpful. Caesar the manager also helpful. The approach and policies of Plattnners however are questionable. advertised prices are misleading. I ended up with a ok deal. Watch out for the "DEALER FEES". Terrible, these should be regulated.

Worst dealer to ever deal with no cap dont even go there to buy anything it was not a fun experience at all everything was wrong at this dealer place all of them try to upsale you xxxx you don't even need.

I'd heard good things about the new management and saw all the nice new cars there whenever I drove by. I decided to stop by and see for myself and was really pleasantly surprised by the caring people that work there. Very nice and professional and get me exactly what I wanted without all the B.S. I've become used to when I buy a car in Florida. They gave me FREE OIL CHANGES for life as well. (And I didn't even ask for it!) They do it for all their customers they told me.
