I am writing this review to express my first car buying experience. First and for most I would like to thank Elvis Garrow at Garvey Hyundai North for getting me set up with the perfect car. I purchased a Elantra from Elvis and the Garvey crew. Not only was the customer service superb but the buying experience was enjoyable as well. Elvis and the crew helped me find the perfect car that fit my needs and made this a pleasant experience. You always hear the horror stories of buying a car hence why I had never purchased a new one. Hesitant I was but was very happy by the time I drove away in my new car. Elvis and the Garvey crew made this the perfect buy for me and I HIGHLY recommend that if you are looking to purchase a new car to go and visit Elvis at Garvey Hyundai North in Plattsburgh NY. You will not be sorry.

This is my family's third Hyundai car purchased at Garvey Hyundai Plattsburgh dealership. The sales person, Terence Barrett, made me feel comfortable in answering all my questions and ensuring that I purchased the car that met my needs. The service for the past 8 yrs. that I have received at this dealership has always been superb and service is #2 priority for me choosing this car. The first priority is safety. I love my 2014 Elantra. I highly recommend anyone to use this dealership. Also as an Air Force veteran, I received a $500 discount too.

I started dealing with Burlington Hyundai as was very disappointed in the service they provided so I tried Garvey Hyundai in Plattsburgh... Never dealt with better! Terence was so great finding the exact car I wanted and really worked with me to find a price that I was happy paying. I bought my first Hyundai from Garvey and was so happy with everything that I made sure to go back to find my second Hyundai. Terence even takes the time out of his day to check in every once in a while to see if I am still happy with my purchase. Can't praise them enough for their amazing service!

Just stopped in to take a look and Elvis greeted me in the lot. Took a test drive of the Santa Fe. Went home and got the wife. By that evening we had worked a good deal on the loaded up Sport and bought it. The sales people were very, very friendly and super helpful. Elvis took terrific care of us and did everything he could to meet our needs. The whole process was easy and fast. Can't say enough good things so far. My friends who use the service dept. rave about it so I'm looking forward to service...when have you ever heard someone say that? LOL I can't wait to take my new Santa Fe Sport on a road trip.
